Refund Policy
At Appniacs, we are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. Our unlimited free Revision Policy allows you to make changes to your initial design without any charge through your account area. If for some reason we accidentally charge you for the same item twice, or we fail to fulfill your exact design specifications, or can't deliver the promised design services, we would be glad to refund your entire purchase price.
We will reimburse orders over $15,000 in equal increments of $5,000 per month. If you are not satisfied with our service, we offer a money back guarantee within five days after the first design is finalized. If you don’t tell us otherwise within five days and request a refund, we will assume you are happy with the designs.
You may expect the same refund process for Special/Combo packages as you would for individual ones. Refund requests will be processed as follows:
- Before Order Delivery: Full refund (minus a 10% service and processing fee)
- Cancellation within 48 hours of delivery: 66% refund (less 10% processing and service fee).
- Within 48 to 120 hours after delivery: you can get a refund of 33% (less a 10% processing and service fee).
We do not offer refunds after 120 hours. If there’s any issues or concerns, please contact us. We hope you are completely happy with your purchase.
If you need to send us an email about refund requests, please do so to info@appniacs.com. Appniacs reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests based on the user agreement and will review each case individually.
How to claim your refund
In order to request refund, you will need to follow these simple steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out via phone, chat, or email, and let us know your concern.
- Resolution Attempt: We will try to resolve your issue immediately using our revision policy. If we cannot resolve it right away, we will send you an email with a refund request approval from our refund department.
- Design Rights: After your refund is processed, the rights to your design will be transferred to Appniacs. This means you will not be able to display any version of the design we provided.
- No Ownership: Since the design rights are now with Appniacs, you agree that you will have no rights to use any content, work, or media related to the design, nor will you have any ownership in it.
Account Area
The Account Area is an easy way for you to communicate with us. It is your responsibility to check this area for any questions, concerns, or additional instructions for your designer. Not checking the Account Area regularly will not be a valid reason for a refund. If you are unsure how to use the Account Area, please feel free to contact our customer support at info@appniacs.com team for help at any time.
Quality Assurance Policy
To ensure your satisfaction, our designers strictly follow the specifications you provide in the order form.
- Thorough Research: We conduct thorough research to guarantee the quality and uniqueness of each design.
- 100% Satisfaction Guarantee: We will offer you free multiple revisions to your final design if you are not satisfied with it. You’re 100% happy with it, we will keep on revising the design.
- Coordination with Printing Companies: We will help you coordinate with your printing company if necessary.
Delivery Policy
All design order files are delivered to your Account Area by the date mentioned in the "Order Confirmation." You will also receive an email to let you know that your design order has been delivered.
- Revision & Refund Policies: All policies regarding revisions and refunds are based on the date and time when your design order is delivered to your Account Area.
- Standard Delivery: We deliver all customized design orders via email within 2 to 3 days after receiving your order.
- Rush Delivery: If you need your logo samples faster, we offer a RUSH DELIVERY service. For an extra $75, you can receive your first logo samples within 24 hours!

Record Maintenance
We keep a record of your finalized design after we deliver the final files. If you ever need the final files, just let us know, upon request we can always share them with you.
Communication Policy
You agree that Appniacs is not responsible for any emails or messages that come from addresses that do not end with our official domain (i.e. info@appniacs.com) or any toll free numbers not listed on our website. We are not liable for any damages caused by such communications. We only take responsibility for communications sent from our official email addresses or the toll-free number mentioned on the Appniacs website.

Reactivation Policy
We cannot process or refund any orders if a client does not respond for 45 days. If you have a personal issue, you can email us to request a hold on your project. If you have been non responsive for more than 45 days, you will be charged an additional $150 to reactivate your project.
